These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CustomSafetyVests.com. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
No Minimum Order: We do not require a minimum order quantity. You may order as few as one (1) item with custom printing.
Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we ship the products to you.
Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and offer a corrected price or refund.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method selected, and destination address. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $500 within the contiguous United States.
Delivery Time: Our standard production time is 7–10 business days after artwork approval. Delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments once in the possession of the carrier.
International Orders: For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We cannot predict and are not responsible for these charges.
Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or redelivery attempts.
Artwork Submission: By submitting artwork or a logo for printing, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use the submitted design. You are solely responsible for ensuring your artwork does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Digital Proofs: We will provide a digital proof for your review and approval prior to production. You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully and confirming that all details are accurate. Once you approve the proof, production will begin immediately.
Color Matching: We will make reasonable efforts to match colors accurately. However, due to variations in printing processes, materials, and monitor displays, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Minor color variations are not grounds for rejection or refund.
File Quality: We reserve the right to request higher-resolution files if the submitted artwork does not meet our minimum quality standards for printing. We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution or poorly formatted artwork.
Design Assistance: We offer basic design assistance and logo vectorization at our discretion. Additional fees may apply for extensive design services.
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Bulk Discounts: Volume discounts are available for large orders. Contact us at [email protected] or call 952-463-8392 for custom pricing on orders exceeding 500 units.
Taxes: Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within the state of Iowa, and may be applied to orders shipped to other states as required by law. If you are tax-exempt, please provide your tax-exempt certificate prior to placing your order.
Additional Fees: Rush production, expedited shipping, design services, and other add-on services may incur additional fees, which will be communicated to you prior to order confirmation.
Custom Products: Because all custom-printed products are made to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges on items with custom printing. Please review your digital proof carefully before approving production.
Non-Custom Items: Non-custom items (if any) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or differs materially from what was approved on your digital proof, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Artwork Errors: If an error on our part results in a product that does not match your approved proof, we will reprint the order at no additional cost or issue a refund. We are not responsible for errors that resulted from your approval of an inaccurate proof.

Product Warranty: Our products are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
Safety Standards: Our safety vests are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed ANSI/ISEA 107 standards, and our hard hats are designed to meet or exceed ANSI Z89.1 standards. However, we make no warranty regarding the suitability of our products for any specific work environment or application.
Printed Logo Durability: Printed logos are warranted against fading, cracking, or peeling under normal use conditions for the usable life of the garment, provided care instructions are followed.

Intended Use: Our products are intended for occupational safety and identification purposes. They are not toys and should not be used for any purpose other than their intended use.
OSHA & ANSI Standards: Our safety vests are designed to meet ANSI/ISEA 107 standards and our hard hats are designed to meet ANSI Z89.1 standards. Compliance with these standards does not guarantee safety in all situations. It is the employer's responsibility to assess workplace hazards and select appropriate PPE.
Not Safety Equipment: Our printed products are garments and accessories. While they may meet safety standards, they do not replace the need for comprehensive workplace safety programs, training, and other required safety equipment.
Prohibited Uses: You may not use our products for any illegal purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the logos and artwork you submit for printing. By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Our Content: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CustomSafetyVests.com and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
Trademark License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our website and services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, or use our trademarks, trade dress, or copyrighted materials without our prior written consent.
Infringement Claims: If you do not own the rights to the artwork you submit, you may be violating the intellectual property rights of a third party. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of artwork you do not have the right to use.
